What is Energy?
Everything is made up of it, and all things vibrate or resonate at different energy levels. For example, a brick is heavy in vibration because the energy of it is dense and packed together, vs a feather which has a lighter vibration and is less dense. Have you walked into a room and sensed a “vibe” good or bad? That is also a form of energy that was felt. Although they are different things and scenarios, they still share basic principles of a force within. Energy.
Why does it matter?
Being balanced is key to living a harmonious life. In order to be in harmony within, you must be aware of your personal energy field aka your aura. Many things can affect your aura in a negative way like trauma, hate, and anxiety. I think understanding the importance of my aura helped me a LOT to grow and heal past my personal pains. No one is perfectly happy all the time and that is OK.
But we must be aware of our energy especially when we are down because it can cause a domino effect in our lives. All of us have had things shape us as we grow, but it is important to be a keeper of your garden and maintain balance in your mind, body and soul. Your energy is 100% your responsibility to maintain. You also have the final say in who you are and how you will express yourself. It is all up to you in the end.
